1. Is there any way to skip over the animation sequences?
The Monster at the End of This Book was designed to be a complete and immersive experience. Grover's animation sequences cannot be skipped.
2. Is there more than one way to progress through the interaction-heavy scenes?
For the pages that require interactivity, there are multiple ways for the user to turn the page. You can complete the exercise at hand---rope, wood, brick obstacles, etc.---or alternatively, you can tap multiple times on the bottom right hand corner of the screen. This tapping will activate a page turn.
3. The app is crashing after the first page. What's wrong?
Because The Monster at the End of This Book has multiple animations per scene, and a prior version of the app was not as stable on 2nd generation iPod Touch and iPhone 3G device. We have addressed this problem in our latest update; please update your app to resolve this issue. Please email support@callaway.com with any technical issues so we can work with you to resolve them quickly.
