She or he will be responsible for leading the team through concept to sketch, from wires to mocks, from beta to launch. The ability to manage priorities and stakeholder interests is a must.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2-5 years of experience in educational web or mobile game development

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contribute to and help drive ideation process

• Create wire-frames, flow charts, and user stories
• Work with internal design staff to draft and hone application mock-ups
• Develop and implement effective changes to concepts based on user testing

• Lead release plan for initial launch and post-launch features

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Produce and deliver final pixel-perfect PSD and PNG files from final design files

The Digital Artist will work closely with animators, producers, U/I designers and engineers to create animated elements for our industry-leading iPad and iPhone apps. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create digital assets, both animated and still, for our apps
• Mock up and prototype features according to U/I specifications
• Model, rig, texture, animate, light, render, and composite 3D elements as necessary
• Facilitate digital pipeline integration through scripting and studio tools development
• Provide a variety of creative solutions to assist design and production needs
• Work closely with engineers to optimize digital assets (video and still) for mobile platforms

REQUIREMENTS
